Coach Alex

Movement is my life’s work. I've been a parkour athlete for 11 years, and a coach for 8. This sport has taught me so much more than how to jump on walls or to do a backflip. It has given me full control of my body, confidence to move however I need, and the ability to navigate any obstacle with a calm, analytical, and disciplined mind.

I started Versatile Movement to expand on the sport of parkour and apply its most practical movements to a broader athletic goal. My mission is to help people train all areas of athleticism needed to build a body that performs at its peak for a lifetime.

Whether you’re a specialized athlete looking for a competitive edge or a student wanting to unlock your athletic potential, I’m here to give you the tools to move with total sovereignty. In my class, we aren't just training for the next jump—we're training for the next decade.

Plyometrics

This is our bread and butter. Every athlete should not only be able to jump, but should be able to control where and how they land. Force production, impact mitigation, and technical precision.

Balance

Balance isn't just important for staying on your feet. practicing balance teaches you how to control yourself when you do fall. Failing is a part of life, balancing teaches you that every single failed attempt is progress.

Balistics

the ability to throw is part of what makes us human. An essential part of many sports, throwing powerfully and accurately is a fine motor skill with endless room for improvement.

Fortification

Performance is built, not found. We focus on full-spectrum mobility and practical strength to ensure your body is as resilient as it is powerful. Eliminate vulnerabilities. Optimize your output.

Communication

while not directly a pillar of athleticism, communication is crucial to many sports. In our classes, students learn how to communicate with one and other quickly, clearly, and efficiently through various games and exercises.
